Reviews and Ratings
We had an amazing experience at the hotel with a beautiful setting and a very spacious suite that was well-furnished. The meals were truly exceptional, showcasing the chef's talents, but the added gratuity policy felt a bit off for such a quiet evening. Also, we encountered an unfortunate situation with check-in where no one was present at the lobby despite having a confirmed reservation, which put a damper on our arrival. Overall, it was a peaceful getaway with great potential, but some hiccups in service need addressing.
I enjoyed a good two-night stay with a decent package deal that included a dinner, but I had to manage my expectations regarding the accommodation and some services. The friendly staff made my visit pleasant, and I appreciated the tasty meals they provided. However, there were some inconveniences, like a lack of an elevator and confusion regarding the liquor license, which impacted the overall experience.
We had a lovely two-night stay at Nomi Resort, which is truly a hidden gem near Algonquin Park. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, complemented by delightful aromas upon entering. The service staff, including Elise, went out of their way to make us feel at home contributing to a warm, inviting ambiance. The food was exceptional; I still think about that pan-seared chicken! On the downside, a reading lamp in our room would have been appreciated, and there are ongoing renovations which slightly affected our stay.
My experience at the resort was a mixed bag. While the location was beautiful and the dining was well-prepared and delicious, the service left much to be desired due to the limited staff. The rooms were clean and had some nice amenities, but the lack of a proper elevator was a drawback. All in all, it's a charming getaway if you don't mind a few quirks.
I had a lovely weekend at this resort, where I enjoyed a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The highlights were certainly the delicious food and the friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. However, the comfort of the bed left something to be desired, and we faced some frustrating issues with their communication before our arrival. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few minor hiccups.
